How long does it take to receive my estimate?

Most estimates are delivered within 30 minutes during business hours. If you submit your request after hours or on the weekend, we'll follow up first thing the next business day. Either way, you'll have a detailed quote in hand before committing to anything.
Do I need to be home for the estimate or the work?

Not for the estimate. It's handled entirely remotely. For most of our exterior cleaning services, you don't need to be home on the day of the job either, as long as we have access to the property. We'll confirm all the details with you before scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured?

My roof looks bad. How do I know if I need cleaning or a full replacement?

That's exactly the question most roofing companies don't want you to ask, because they only sell one answer. At Aidan's, we offer both roof washing and full roofing services, so we have no incentive to push you toward a replacement you don't need. We'll assess your roof honestly and recommend what's actually right for your home. If a wash will do the job, we'll tell you. If you need a new roof, we'll tell you that too.
